Return Policy

All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All RGA numbers are good for 30 days only. Products shipped in error will be accepted and credited with a full credit plus shipping in the same way it was originally paid for. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 10 days. Standard products may be returned for a store credit only (No cash) and the customer is responsible for the shipping charge. Store credits are good for 8 calendar months.  Non stock items are non-returnable. All returns are subject up to a 50 % re-stocking charge. Industrial Compressor Supplies reserves the right to determine acceptability of the returned goods for resale.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ICS. ICS is not liable for any default of delay beyond its control. Consignee is responsible for damage or loss claims against the transport company. ICS will not be liable for any losses or delays associated with lost freight, any delays due to weather, or any other delay associated with the freight carrier.
