Model Numbers
The model numbers shown in this price list represent over 95% of the stationary rotary screw air compressors manufactured or sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Several OEM’s use different model numbers for changes in horsepower and air pressure even though the air end is essentially the same other than the gear set or rotor length. For these instances we have grouped together several model numbers as the price to rebuild the air end is not affected. Please call us for pricing verification if you are uncertain about the model of a particular compressor. ICS is not responsible for customer pricing errors. Model numbers are for reference only.

Air End Rebuild Classifications
Preventative: Includes replacement of all bearings, seals, gaskets and o-rings with new parts of OEM quality or better. No machining. Hot tank cleaning and dynamic rotor balancing to ISO standard 1940G 2.5.
Standard: Includes everything outlined in the preventative rebuild plus the following machining services.
§ Precision grinding of rotor faces and air gap collars
§ Blanchard grind housing faces
§ Weld & turn bearing journals
Extensive: Includes everything outlined in the standard rebuild plus the following machining services.
§ Rotor sealing strip and/or O.D. profile restoration
§ Rotor shaft replacement
§ Boring & Sleeving of air gaps and/or bearing bores
§ Resurfacing rotor housing discharge faces
§ Replacement input shafts and gear fit machining
Quote & Rebuild Procedure
Units will be disassembled and inspected in the order received. Once the unit has been inspected a formal quote will be sent to you. The quote will include the rebuild cost and classification, a possible cause of failure, damage to the unit and the current lead time. No repairs will commence until our quote has been acknowledged with a purchase order. If we cannot rebuild the unit there will be no charge to you for disassembly and inspection. If the unit is rebuildable and you elect not to proceed with the repair an inspection fee will be charged.
Warranty
ICS, LLC. warrants all stationary remanufactured air ends to be free from defects in material replaced and labor performed for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt. In order to obtain warranty coverage the distributor must complete and return the warranty registration form within 10 days upon initial start-up.
